So fun to have a Galaxy s22 Ultra and have the wallpaper be changed on me almost daily without my permission I change the wallpaper to a picture that I took and I like and almost on the daily it goes back to the default, at this point I'm about to have to factory reset my phone and I don't even know if that's going to fix it, seems like something that shouldn't be happening and I've seen posts of other people having similar glitches in their wallpaper, clearly there's a problem. And no I do not have any Dynamic changing wallpaper settings on, it's always reverting back to the old wallpaper that I used to have that is the default Samsung wallpaper. Really getting sick of this, I want something this simple to be able to work otherwise I want to throw my phone against the wall and not buy another one of your products.

Hello Gglo1801420,

We are sorry to hear your frustration with your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra having issues with wallpapers switching back to default after missing out the dynamic wallpaper settings.

I feel it and understand it. I expect my device to work as normal as it should and to keep the settings I left on it.

But don't fret; we are here to guide, assist, and offer solutions to restore your device to optimum performance.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Restart your device.

Clear Cache Wipe Partition.

Step 1.  Turn off the device. (Connect with type C cable)
Step 2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
Step 3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
Step 4. Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
Step 5. Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
Step 6. Press the Power key to restart the device.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
