Brought Brand new, oct. 20, 2021. Never played games , has not been dropped , just placed on the table while i went to the restroom. When i came back and check if there is a message, the screen just wont turn on. But when you touch the screen you can hear the haptic feedback. Tried turning off and on. Still black screen. Tried charging also.
You can bring it to the service center near you to fix it. You still have the warranty if you bought it to the legit seller. Just bring the original receipt. They will fix it without cost you anything.
