WhatsApp "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again"

I recently factory reset my s23 ultra. After restoring all settings and pictures, I realized that I can't send videos on WhatsApp using the camera button anymore. 

It says "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again" 

Any idea what's the problem? Can anyone enlightened me fellow Samsung Members?

Try to check the camera setting or reset as default setting. Some apps cannot read file with AI setting eg. HEIF aka High efficiency image format

Thx CYA51s. Tried reset camera to default settings, didn't solved the problem. Should i set all videos to HEIF?

Exactly same problem as me. It just happened to me recently. Even if I share it from my gallery, it give the same error msg. The video recorded thru whatsapp give just 0KB. However, click on HD while sending will show the video size hence allowed it to be sent.

When you send videos, its right on top with HD written and you click there before sending video

Hey buddy, I think i solved the problem already. I downloaded the 2.23.23 WhatsApp beta version, updated the app, and now I can send videos again...
