WhatsApp "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again"

I recently factory reset my s23 ultra. After restoring all settings and pictures, I realized that I can't send videos on WhatsApp using the camera button anymore. 

It says "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again" 

Any idea what's the problem? Can anyone enlightened me fellow Samsung Members?

Only realized I encountered the same issue, need to click on HD in WhatsApp at the moment, thought of reinstalling but saw the post here, guess gotta wait for updates for playstore then

Hi so meaning is not our phone problem but its a whatsapp bug? i just encountered this issue today. what should we do now?

No i did not do anything nor adjust anything, i can send whatsapp images, but videos the same problem persist. i tried reinstalling, updating etc still does not work whats should i do? tq

Download WhatsApp beta 2.23.23 apk from Google, as u can't join the WhatsApp beta program on the playstore anymore because it's full. Uninstall WhatsApp on your fone, restart phone, and install the WhatsApp beta version 2.23.23

May i ask since i have this problem will it be automatically fixed in the future if they release a new update or smtg? my current ver is 2.23.21.88 Updated on 26/10/23 .

Hi c0wiez whats the diffence between WhatsApp beta version 2.23.23 and the one on playstore? both act the same ? also my backup will be safe right? tq.  Also do you have an authentic link for the download? tq i scared i download a scam one

I don't think there's any difference. I downloaded the 2.23.23.9 version and it solved my problem. The latest beta available to download is 2.23.23.11

Ok thanks, however after i download this, if i need update it do i still go to playstore to update it? its connected?
