WhatsApp "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again"

I recently factory reset my s23 ultra. After restoring all settings and pictures, I realized that I can't send videos on WhatsApp using the camera button anymore. 

It says "Can't send this video. Choose a different video and try again" 

Any idea what's the problem? Can anyone enlightened me fellow Samsung Members?

Mates, just install the WhatsApp apk beta version, find those ones that deemed safe by yourself(altho 99% are all safe). Then u r done

Mine is giving the same problm.. it's been more than a week. Don't no what to do..

I don't know if this will work for everyone but I had saved a reel from fb that I created and I received the same error. I had to move the video to Internal Storage/DCIM/Camera. Once I moved it, the video was successfully sent.

I have the totaly same issue in my sumusng s21 ultra .and i m so upsit with this. This problem is suddenly came in this devise...and why i did all of protocole...but my problem didnot solved
