Galaxy SHey guys, anyone has any clue about what's happening?
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Samsung regarding my Samsung Galaxy S23 order. I placed an order on March 17th, with the delivery date promised on or before 21 April 2023 and to this day I have not received them. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their customer service department, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
I have called and chatted with their customer service department numerous times over the past few weeks, and each time I am told that my order is with the back office and it has been escalated to the back office (escalated will take 2-10 days), someone will be in contact and i should receive it soon. However, it has been over two weeks now, and I still have not received my phone or a single call. I have requested a manager to call me back twice (escalation 1-2 days), and both times, no one has contacted me till this date.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and support from Samsung. As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected better service than this. I have been inconvenienced by this delay and the fact that I have to keep contacting their customer service department every day with no resolution.

4th April today, have you recevied your order yet?
I pre-ordered on 16th Feb and have been provided 4 different delivery dates, they are always blaming the courier and I've had my case escaladed so many times.
I was promised it would be delievered today, but still no email from Samsung that is has been shipped and no SMS or phone call from courier company.
I've been waiting over 6 weeks, no option to pickup in store, i've been more then patient but still getting stuff around from Samsung.

I am sorry that you feel this way. The reason why some of the deliveries are being delayed are due to warehouse transitions that are taking place. Here at Samsung we are trying our best to get your orders delivered to you as soon as we can. I apologies for any inconvenience caucused by this and I ask you to Please be patient.

Galaxy SI have been patiently awaiting my order since 21 March and the way you guys handle the order and your response is not unprofessional, unacceptable. Up until today, I have not received a single phone call from your manager which have been requested 3 times and have been escalated 3 times. Because of how poorly this order and how dissatisfaction. I am reporting this to ACCC
