I have purchased my s25 ultra on the 29th of January and my estimated delivery is next month like ***! When purchasing the phone in checkout it said my phone would get shipped out on the 6th(I live in australia BTW) and I choose a samsung exclusive colour so I figured i would have to wait a bit longer but now the entire month. The phones already out and I could've brought it from jbhifi or Harvey Norman and get it release day but I would have to pay more but no I choose samsung cause I thought it would be the same aswell, but I thought wrong, I'm never buying from samsung again!

It's likely caused by high demand of the online exclusive colour you chose.
Also, you placed the order almost a week after pre-order went live, which probably didn't help.
Hopefully, Samsung is able to get your order shipped sooner, but it will depend on stock and demand.
