Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turn off automatically when device is warm

Whenever I'm gaming or doing anything that causes my Galaxy S22 (base model) to heat up slightly, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will randomly turn off and on.

If I attempt to manually turn either of them back on, they will refuse to turn on again until I restart.

Anyone else having this issue?

This is the Galaxy Members app test, which showed that there is an issue with Bluetooth. Once I restart, this issue doesn't happen anymore. I've also sent the device in once, but the engineers claimed that there is nothing wrong with the device. Screenshot_20220407-073537_Galaxy Members.png

In this case, it might be a hardware issue.. please bring it to a Samsung Service Centre and let them check your phone

Hi, thanks for replying. I've sent it in, but because of the nature of the issue, it's hard to reproduce in front of the service staff. When they did send it in, I had to wait 2 days, and they told me their engineers just ran the basic diagnostics and didn't check anything further. The repair slip specifically stated the issue with the heat, but I highly doubt they bothered to test that.

Use that n try to record down whenever u start to play your game so that u can show that to the SC technicians...

I actually did a 20 minutes test by running a benchmark (which naturally heats up the device), and recorded the entire process with the issue happening 3 times in the 20 minutes. Showed it to the customer service reps too before I gave them my device... They didn't seem to care too much about it.

Update on this issue: I’ve gone to 2 different service centers now, and none of them bothered to fix the issue. All they do is run their usual diagnostics, and then reflash the software (this is according to them).
I’m really disappointed in the level of service I’m receiving from Samsung. This is a thousand dollar device I purchased, with a rare hardware issue, that Samsung refuses to fix even after specific and clear instructions on how their technicians can reproduce the issue.
Ridiculous.
