Galaxy SUpdate on this issue: I’ve gone to 2 different service centers now, and none of them bothered to fix the issue. All they do is run their usual diagnostics, and then reflash the software (this is according to them).
I’m really disappointed in the level of service I’m receiving from Samsung. This is a thousand dollar device I purchased, with a rare hardware issue, that Samsung refuses to fix even after specific and clear instructions on how their technicians can reproduce the issue.
Ridiculous.
