WIFI AND BLUETOOTH ISSUES

Hindi makasagap ng Wifi networks. Need pa tumabi sa wifi para maka-connect, then sa bluetooth naman nagsstutter yung music need pa rin idikit sa phone yung bluetooth headphone para mag dire-diretso yung music. Idk kung software issues or defective hardware na. Please help kung naexperienced nyo na yung ganitong issues.
