Bluetooth not pairing to my charge 5 fitbit

Hi All

ive just found out there is a compatibility issue with my flip3 and the Fitbit charge 5 

im currently not able to sync via Bluetooth, it is a know issue with Samsung and Fitbit .

does anyone know when an update is coming to fix the issue

Did you try connecting it to some other device first? If so you need to unpair and disconnect that

first before you can create a new connection.
