When audio and calls are enabled on my bud pro 3s. The audio is very quiet. If I disable calls it works fine.

Please helps. This issue mean I can't take calls at the moment.

Check Atmos is active, under Sound Quality and Effects.

Check media Volume.Screenshot_20241031_114538_Sound quality and effects_1000001442_1730335538.png

Open settings, scroll down to Sounds and Vibration, scroll to Volume. You should see four volume sliders, one might need increasing.

Also in calls when on a call increasing or decreasing volume might be limited to the actual call so the option above looking at sliders might help you to identify this.

Bluetooth audio output devices have 2 profiles.
Headset and headphones (usually).
When listening to music make sure your device is on headphones, when you're using teams or a communications app make sure it's on headset.
Obviously with a microphone enabled it has to have synchronous data transfer as opposed to one way .
with the headset (with mic the bandwidth is greatly reduced and thus the quality is reduced.

I don't think this will work but try. Start a phone call increase volume to max. Terminate the call and restart phone.

Otherwise on main Community page top right, search for a couple of key word like buds and audio. You will get other posters on this. Even though some may not indicate resolution you could ask by direct message, did they get a solution and, if so, what was it?

Google it you get more answers than from here.

I forgot, at one time I had a bluetooth headset connected anb blutooth headset volume controls didn't work but the tablet volume controls did. You could always unpair buds and re pair and see if that helps.
