Hi samsung, I just get my samsung flip 4 repaired last feb. 2024 because of its hinge problem, just want you to know that you billed me 22k+.. Now, there is another problem arise, the charger port is not working. How much do you this repair will cost again? I trust the brand before but now I cannot even recommend it.. What a very poor quality of phone I got from you.
May I suggest you to recall all your samsung flip 4 or better yet all your flip series, this is not an isolated case I think.
Same situation here. I went to samsung center few days ago for them to check my phone, they tried to fix the charging port but it still did not work. They gave me full refund (3,800.00) since they did not fix the issue... BUT my issue is when they handed my phone back to me... (1) the back cover is opening, they told me they didn't replace the adhesive (?) since they did not fully fixed my phone (2) my phone had a scratch, which i am fully aware that it's 100% smooth before i handed it to them. I ended up just feeling frustrated, Samsung.
That is the reason why I'm not a fan of flip or fold and go for s24u instead, durability issue. Just imagine how many times you will close and open the unit so the problem is usually with the center mechanism. 😎
I believe there's a repair warranty of 3 months to cover any possible issues that may arise after initial repair. Best to check with the service center.
