cover screen crashes in flip 4 ui 7

after updating to ui7 when i use my cover screen and turn the volume up or down it crashes and blacks out. how to fix this pls

Back up everything and then do a hard reset

So far, besides my complaint regarding the big spacing and wasted space of the home and app screens, my Z Flip 4 has not crashed yet even when I use the volume controls.

it only happens when i close it and watch utube on the cover screen. it crashes when i want to lower it or make it louder T.T

I tried playing YouTube app while my Z Flip 4 is folded and adjusted the volume. Crashing doesn't happen to me though. I hope yours gets fixed. Are you using a custom launcher by the way?

I was using Samsung's Cover OS (from Multistart on Good Lock) by the way.
