Dual Sim on Cover screen

I have just picked up a Z Flip 5, great phone but I have an issue I can't find a work around. 

I use two Sims in the phone, one normal and one esim and when I make a call I choose which Sim to use. But the issue is, when I try call using the Cover screen I don't get prompted on the Cover screen to choose which sim, the call just doesn't work.

When I then open the phone the option to choose which Sim is there but both options are not able to be selected. I use earpods alot so would like to use the coverscreen to make calls but currently can't. 

Any help would be much appreciated 👍

Hey @Keaysy 

Could you please try following the steps below:

1. Go to Settings

2. Choose Connections

3. Go to SIM card manager

4. Choose your preferred SIM card for calls, text messages, and mobile data.

5. You can also set up call confirmation or Dual SIM always on. When making a call choose which SIM to use by selecting one of the call buttons.

Thanks, the above works but only with Samsung Phone when using Google Phone the dual call option doesn't come up.

Hey @Keaysy

I think the best option is to go into the permissions and manually choose what you want the google phone app to do.
