Update: I've now established closing my galaxy flip is causing the shut down. This was not an issue before the software update. This started straight after the update. If I leave the flip sitting open, it appears to stay on (for now).
Hello. My mobile did a software update today 27/05/25. Now my mobile completely shuts down within a couple of minutes of inactivity. I can't seem to find the cause or stop this from happening. Has anyone got any advice please?
I have contacted Samsung support and post troubleshooting they are asking me to visit the authorized service center to get my phone checked and see if it can be fixed.
