Flip 4 cannot connect WiFi-5ghz

Hi can anyone advise as I can't connect my flip 4 to WiFi-5ghz, only 2.4. All my other devices can connect without issues.

Try below troubleshooting steps.
 
1) Check if there's available update for the Router Wi-fi settings, if there is, download and install.
 
2) Check the router if its supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Some older router devices support 2.4GHz, which means their devices are not compatible with the 5GHz frequency band.
 
3) Try to connect your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 to another Router device. If it's working, then consider replacing your current router with the latest model.
 
4) Call the Mobile Network Service Provider customer service to check the status of signal in your coverage area.

Hi I've tried all the steps but I still cannot connect to 5Ghz. This is my first Samsung Device and I've just bought this as a new year gift to my self. I'm expecting minimal to no issues at all for the price. But it really is a pain that I'm having a problem with such a basic feature that should've easily work in the first place. 🥲 And now I don't have other options but to go to the Service Center? Haven't experienced that to my other devices to be honest 🥲

How many devices na ang connected sa 5ghz connection ninyo? You might also want to check your modem/router settings especially kung nakaka connect yung phone sa ibang 5ghz connection.
