Upon inspecting the Z Flip 6, it seems like there is a factory-installed screen protector. Is it safe to remove? If I want to replace it can I use an aftermarket screen protector?

The protector film attached to the main screen is a film that was designed exclusively for foldable devices. For the protection of the screen, it is recommended that you do not remove the film. If you remove the protector film, the screen may be damaged.

Do not apply other films or stickers not approved by Samsung. Doing so may result in screen damage.

Same with my S23U. I remove mine and is using factory screen protector. I can't vouch if it voids your warranty tho.

Like what Zeeven said, yes, that's a factory-installed screen protector to help defend against scratches on your Z Flip6. While you can certainly take it off and replace it with a different screen protector, you are letting go of a purpose-built design for the device that you have.

You may also visit any Samsung Service Center who will have foldable screen protectors in stock to replace your screen protector, if you need it. Thanks very much!

I have a flip 6, and i noticed after a month use of the device i happened to see dents on my screen.

Still have the pre installed screen protector. Should i be worried about the dents? Or will it disappear with a Samsung authorized screen protector?
