I usually do not do this but here is what happened: I went to SM MOA service center to replace the screen protector only of Galaxy Flip 4 (because it has bubbles). They checked my phone, not bent, not wet, no signs of overuse, no cracks. They saw the history that the LCD was replaced - 1 yr ago by authorized service center too so technically, the phone is 2 years old but the LCD is only 1 year old. In less than 30 minutes after returning it to me, I have reported that the LCD has delays and black screen and even sent them a video. Then on the same day, I returned the phone to them, not even a day. My plea is that the phone was in GOOD CONDITION regardless if it was 1 year, less than a year, 5 years, the phone is in good condition when it was brought to an AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER and it was returned to me with a malfunctioning LCD. I asked that they would take into consideration that the phone is in good condition when it was given to the service center with full trust that there will be no problem. Their reason is "nagkataon" or simply say "Bad luck" is not acceptable. All they can say is "Nagkataon/Bad Luck". The 17k amount is a huge amount for a reason "nagkataon/Bad Luck" to repair the phone. I would have understood if the LCD had cracks, signs of overuse or the display was having problems when it was given but the phone was in good condition. They gave me final recommendation of paying the 17k or return the phone and I have to pay service check fee of Php250.00. I have been a Samsung user for a long time then and experiencing this kind of service was really sad. I do understand that its not under warranty but how about the fact that it was checked and received in good condition? and returned to me with a problem with a reason "Bad luck". What's worst is, I only have 2 options, pay the Php17,030.00 or nothing. The Flip 4 is not cheap and Php17,030 is not a small amount of money. They returned my phone since the request of Free of Charge was not approved, I tried CEO Customer Service Center for reinvestigation but no actions too. It was really disappointing. I have given them 3 weeks to assist me with this concern but no luck!

This is the same fear I have. I want to get my phone checked, but I can't trust the ones who will do it because of experiences like this.
