Fold 4 International Warranty Not Honoured in the Philippines

I was trying to open my phone but my Fold doesn't fully open. I went to the service center sa MOA dapat daw locally purchased lang para ma cover ung repair.

So selective global warranty pala sya?

There is no international warranty on samsung mobile phones. Its only by region/country.
