Ive read on another thread that flip4 has a free one time screen protector replacement at no charge here in PH. I've also read on Samsung's website that that is indeed the case for flip5 too. However, I went to a Samsung service yesterday at North edsa and they are asking me to pay. Is this the same case to everyone else?
