SamMobile reports that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 foldables will launch with One UI 8.0, based on Android 16, skipping One UI 7.1 and 7.1.1.
This aligns with rumors of an earlier-than-expected One UI 8.0 rollout and the anticipated June/July release of Android 16 by Google.
The Galaxy S25 series is also expected to be among the first to receive One UI 8.0, with Samsung already testing firmware builds for these devices.
