Went to central-i service center yesterday they told me that z flip and fold series are excluded from this greenline program.
Samsung should include flip and fold series for the greenline program as it is due to the samsung system updates issue. My device never dropped or bumped. I use it very carefully cause it's a flip phone. Now, they want me to afford an expensive maintenance fee even though the issue isn't cause by me.
