Grren line in screen of z flip

Anyone here have a same situation like me? Green line suddenly appears in my screen. I only have my phone for 1 year, this green line appeared without any physical damage to my phone. It happened after I update my software!!

@samsung Please, we need a proper and effective care plan for this kind of problem. 

I trusted this company with my money knowing that you are a credible company, that you are better than this. I only have my phone for 1 year. I'm currently enjoying it, I even buy all my phone accessories from samsung outlet just to protect this phone. 

Please do something about this, can you offer a deal that is lower than the price than the samsung outlet here in the Philippines. They are offering me 20,000 pesos to change my LCD. I can't accept that deal because I know to myself I didn't do anything for my phone to have this kind of damage

Grabe ang mahal ng hinihingi nila for repair. I'm not sure if dahil sa software update🥲

Mine naman eh Z5. Wala pang 2mos. Nagka line sa gitna where you fold your phone. Tapos bigla nag blink ang screen then color green then blackscreen. Buti na lang may warranty pa and may Samsung Care+. First time to use Samsung parang nakaka trauma.

Mine is ok. More than a year already. Z flip 4. Never nabagsak pa o naipit.

Yung akin din never nabagsak or naipit. Pag open ko lang sa kanya bigla nagka line. Tapos charge ko then after yun na. Sabi sa Samsung eh may internal crack daw kaya nagka internal bleeding. Thank heavens na lang talaga at may warranty pa.

nag-message na ko sa samsung. sabi nila punta daw sa service center to check pero based sa mga nababasa ko may bayad na 20k

Mahal ang repair sa z flip pero sa s series kapag di sira yong frame ng screen, ang srp ay up to 12k lang.

12k lang? 12k is still pretty much a hefty price tag for a screen repair. 🤷‍♂️
