Galaxy ZReopening this thread since Samsung doesn't allow me to response to the original thread.
Same issue here after updating to the latest update from Samsung. The Wi-Fi on my phone has been render totally unusable and resetting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth through the setting is useless. The technical support from Samsung is recommending to take the phone into a repair shop. The first tech support was Hosabettu P to which I sent a video so he can see what is going on with my phone. His response was he didn't have access. Then he tried to implied my phone could be wet causing the damage. Also recommended to download SmartSwitch to try to perform an update through. Reaching out again to support, Akkledev S tool over the call and looking at the worst possibility where the Wi-Fi chipset is burned out, he suggested to mail it to Samsung repair shop, but of course all to my cost. Looking more and more intentionally as the brought up that my phone is already out of warranty. While I haven't try all the solutions due to other major priorities, like Milton Hurricane fixing to hit my state, I will due this after this event pass. Really bad timing for Samsung to f*ck this up.
Please, don't let Samsung get away with this, as that is exactly what they want. Contact support and get a case going, them request a reference ID to to take your phone for inspection to verify the chipset is still intact and undamaged. If they can conduct such testing, which, IMHO, I doubt it due to micro and nano components, but let's see what happens. Don't allow Samsung to skip the bill!!!
Tynan99 posted a lot of information regarding this issue on this thread, if Samsung is in fact damaging phones intentionally this can drive to legal class action against Samsung. If Tynan99 are you reading this, PM me and let's find out what we can do.

Galaxy ZI'm experiencing the same issue AGAIN with my Fold 3 after an OS update on November 4, 2024.
I say AGAIN is because for the first time the wifi unable to turn on happened with my Fold 3 was in mid October 2024, which had lasted for two weeks. The problem resolved by itself suddenly in late October while the data network died at the same night >> data network died, wifi relive. Luckily, the data network service resume after a few hours at that night. So, I got all both of them back to normal.
Unfortunately, as I mentioned in the beginning, the wifi died again till now by trying all means to resume it.
I wish I don't need to wait for another time the data network died again.
