Hi, trying to install a new zealand app on my phone which was purchased in Oz but used in nz with nz telecommunications. Won't let me install

On my profile it is showing australia, it won't let me change it

It is my phone profile that says oz not the medical centre:/

To change your profile from Australia to New Zealand, you have to add a New Zealand debit/credit card to your account on the play store.
