Missing Sim Card Manager

I ordered a Galaxy Z Fold 2 from HKG as there were no more available 512GB in the Philippines. But when I went to Globe and Samsung, they were also surprised to learn that my phone has no sim card manager to activate the esim. My phone has recently been updated to no avail. Can anyone pls help me? Thank you very much

Hey there! Mark here! Have you checked if your device carries the firmware version F916BXXU1BTIA?? Samsung rolled out with Fold 2 without the eSim card manager and just recently released update which supports esim managing. To check firmware of your device go to Settings > About Phone. Hope this helps!

I can't find the firmware in the About Phone menu. Is it the SE for Android?

Its in Settings > About Phone/Device > Build Number.

or in Settings > About > Software Information > Software Number 

Or you may also try to dial *#1234# to view Firmware number. :)
