Missing Sim Card Manager

I ordered a Galaxy Z Fold 2 from HKG as there were no more available 512GB in the Philippines. But when I went to Globe and Samsung, they were also surprised to learn that my phone has no sim card manager to activate the esim. My phone has recently been updated to no avail. Can anyone pls help me? Thank you very much

My phone is galaxy z flip and I've don software updating my phone many times, now it's working with android 13 and still can't find sim card manager anywhere.

My firmware version is 1DUD1, last 5 digits of the baseband version. Does this mean I have not updated to the version that shows the sim card manager? Thank you

For as long as the eSim Card Manager is missing, your device needs to have software update. :)

Yea it's April 1st 2024 and the last update came down on March 29th which i suspect is when the SIM Manager disappeared on my very expensive flip 5...

Is Samsung pulling april fool stunts on us now ?

I wanted to check in to find out if the upgrade to have sim card manager and esim is now available for SM-F916N ? I have the most up-to-date software but no able to access sim card manager on the device.

Is it possible to get the firmware update from another source? Reading articles online I can see that F916BXXU1BTIA upgrade has what I'm looking for. However, it seems like a complicated process to find it and get it onto my Z Fold 2. Would appreciate your advice.

Hi, I recenltyl got Fold 2 US Version with AT&T branding, I got same problem can't find SIM Managaer anywhere, I am using it in Europe currently.
