My Galaxy Z Fold5 1T suddenly stopped turning on three days ago. I saw the screen flash very brightly before it turned off automatically, and then I smelled something burning. Yesterday I sent the phone to customer service for inspection and they told me that there was a problem with the screen and they would replace it for me. But I wanted to exchange it for a Galaxy Z Fold6, and I could pay the difference, but they refused me. So I want to look for an opportunity here. I haven't got my phone back yet, so I wonder if I can get a Galaxy Z Fold6 1T for the difference?
