Can the pre installed screen protector be replaced within warranty but no proof of purchase? We lost the receipt and i just bought my phone last Sept2023. I habe a samsung Z Flip 5 phone and theres an air bubble along the crease already.

If yes, yeah you can without the reciept. As all Fold series is entitled with one free internal screen film protector replacement. I had my Fold 4 internal replaced once and jusy brought it to the nearest Authorized Service Center that offers it. Which was SM Megamall for me. 😊
