Help Needed - Unable to locate/connect to WIFI

Tried the ff steps..reset all network settings...turned off wifi location services...etc... pls help naman..ps mobile network is working fine and 9ther devices csn connect to the same network....also i am unable to switch to safe mode to remove cache partition.

No error message pop up at all. Phone is unable to detect any wifi network. 😢

It seems like its coonected to threwifi but NOT AT ALL...😢

its your wifi, try changing the changing the chanel or better yet just power cycle the router/modem

Thanks for the input i iwill try to powercycle... however if its my router how come my fone is not detecting my neighbors wifi connection like it used to?

dont mind your neighbors wifi, just focus on your own wifi
