Help Needed - Unable to locate/connect to WIFI

Tried the ff steps..reset all network settings...turned off wifi location services...etc... pls help naman..ps mobile network is working fine and 9ther devices csn connect to the same network....also i am unable to switch to safe mode to remove cache partition.

Had the same issue, but more severe. Wifi wouldn't toggle on at all as well as the Bluetooth. Eventually, when I tried soft resetting, the phone (Z Fold4) went into bootloop. Had to wait for the battery to drain since soft resetting didn't work anymore and I couldn't get to safe mode. When it did drain, wouldn't charge back up. Brought it to the service center and they had to replace the screen and the battery under warranty. I practically have a brand new fold now. Glad Samsung warranty wasn't a hassle at all.
