Help Needed - Unable to locate/connect to WIFI

Tried the ff steps..reset all network settings...turned off wifi location services...etc... pls help naman..ps mobile network is working fine and 9ther devices csn connect to the same network....also i am unable to switch to safe mode to remove cache partition.

Globe router n using a deco. Powercycled both..i think my problem is w my fone not the router n the nwtwork...tried connecting to our wifi on a different house but to no avail...

we are same then using deco,os your fold upto date, to acces recovery to wipe cache partition coneect fold to pc

if your friends with your neighbor, you can go near their router and connect to their wifi, you can state for testing purposes only

I think you should consider bringing it to the Samsung Service Center and have it check.

Done. They replaced my lcd..all good now.
