First my wifi stopped working on my fold 4 just over a year of having it. It doesn't detect any networks so I'm stuck always being on my mobile data plan which I had to up the gigs on my plan. I actually went to a Samsung kios in my local mall and they directed me to a store that fixes phones for them. The phone place already knew the issue so it must have been common. They said something about wifi getting fried on the motherboard so I would have to replace something that would cost 1200 cdn to fix. I spent over 2k on this phone and you're telling me I need major repairs a year and a few months later. I declined and said I'll just wait for a newer model if I'm spending that type of money. Now today like 19 months of owning the phone I have another issue rendering my phone useless. My phone won't charge if the Samsung fold 4 is closed. Only turns on while the phone is flipped open in tablet mode. Only charges while open and when I close the phone it turns off. I have owned countless high end phones and for the first time I fell like I bought a cheap phone. What am I suppose to do? In the last few years I've spent probably 12-15k on samsung products. I feel like I might have to give up on Samsung if common issues like this are happening and not covered.
