As title, I'm having this problem where the sms won't go thru same as calling from other person. Seems to be the problem on the phone itself as if it on standby or screen off, the data will turn to 3g/2g randomly and sms or calling won't go thru. need to turn on/off airplane mode to make it works but the problem will return once phone screen off. not in power saving mode, the network has been set 4g, even using network setting thru secret code which force 4g also doesn't work as it makes the network no service instead. tried all troubleshooting including reset/full format doesn't work.
not telco problem since using the simcard on other phone works flawlessly.
