Can anyone advise if there is a need to do a backup of your phone data before going to samsung service centre for replacement of inner screen protector for Z Fold 4?

Hi, it should only take about 2 hours to replace the inner screen protector, so likely there shouldn't be a need to factory reset ur phone.

I just had my Z Fold 3 outer and inner screen protector replaced today. Without Care+, it cost about 96 SGD for both.
