Samsung Files App cannot show the share point folder of OneDrive.

Hope someone have the same problem as me. 

I used to use iPad and work by Files App. After I log in my OneDrive account on Files, I can use it smoothly. But after I transfer to Galaxy Zfold7, I want to copy the same way and I noticed that the share point folder can't show in my files app. That's the most important folder I must need to use frequently. I tried a lot of things to fix that but it doesn't work at all. It's very inconvenience to open files in OneDrive app so I still wonder why and want to fix it.

Appreciate a lot if someone can answer my question. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

It seems like the issue relates to the fact that the folder is a sharepoint folder. 

We can suggest that you use the OneDrive app as a workaround, or alternatively please send us an Error Report via the Samsung Members app using the steps in the link below and our Technical Team and provide some further assistance:
