Galaxy ZHi Ysiarej! Have you checked if it works when charging wirelessly instead? Otherwise, you can go ahead and try these troubleshooting guides:
- Turn your Galaxy Z Flip5 off while you charge it and wait for charging signs. If this works, wait until it fully charges before turning it back on, then check if it charges again while turned on. This could be a software issue if it works.
- Check your charging port for debris. Clean it carefully to be extra sure it's all clear there!
- If none of these work, we suggest you take it to a nearby service center as this might be a more serious issue that needs the help of a technician.

Galaxy Z-Yes, it charges perfectly fine wirelessly.
-No debris on my phone's USB port. The charger is working with another phone.
-No error when charging. It just do nothing when I plug it in.

Galaxy ZI already did restart, install updates and check my charger but still it wont chsrge properly. Just got my zflip last August.
