Recently got my new fold 5, but i notice there is something wrong with the hinges...

Not sure if this only applies to my unit or same thing with you guys. 

Now, my frustration, new phone will undergo for repair.

Good call on bringing it to a Service Center. Update us on the status.

Just curious - what exactly what the issue with your hinge?

A bit lose. Not that crisp as i feel from the demo in samsung store. I believe mine should be better than the demo but it's loosen. It doesn't snap. Not expecting a hard snap. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I had fold eversince but this is quite different. It's better to have professionals and authorized personnel to verify and confirm.

Yup, that's a good call. You use your device most, so you'd know how it should feel.

Repair? Are you already beyond 7 days? If not it should be a replacement.

Unit was handed to me aug. 16. Service centr says that only screen damage are covered by samsung.
Option for replacement was never opened.
Aslo reached out with cs chat support. Decisions are made based from service center advise..

Ending, nothing good happened. This might be my last phone with samsung..

You are still within the 7 days replacement. Insist for this option rather than repair.
