Sim card manager no showing

Hi I recently bought a z flip 4 phone from Samsung China. I cannot find an option on the phone to add my e-sim. 

How can I can get the esim to work ?

@adam97 you would need to reach out to Samsung China for help with that, as it's an imported product.

Does Samsung China support esim?

If you have a VPN connection open it and choose a Chinese server, then close and open Samsung Members. This will open the Chinese version of Samsung Members. Also Play Store will be the Chinese version. To change back either close the VPN or choose an Australian server
