I need help on how I can unlock my Z Flip4's sim card manager.

It is unlocked (meaning I can use any sim in any region) but doesnt have the sim card manager itself.

I was gonna setup the esim on this phone but became impossible.

UPDATE: I checked the IMEI of my flip4 and it only has 1. It means that my phone can handle only 1 sim card at a time.

Always check your IMEI.

Hello Nicorai484,

We hear from you and help is on the way.

Your device includes an eSIM which functions as a SIM card. You can use the mobile network after activating the eSIM or installing a nano-SIM card. You can both activate the eSIM and install a nano-SIM card so you can have two phone numbers or service providers for a single device.

In some areas, data transfer speeds may be slower if two SIM cards are inserted in the device than when one SIM card is inserted.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > About Phone > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Reset your device.

Set up eSim on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.

Step 1. Go to Settings.

Step 2. Navigate to Connection.

Step 3. Tap the SIM card manager to successfully join eSIM.

Step 4. Click on the Add mobile plan.

Step 5. You may select your preference with options :  Add using  QR code or Add using activation code.

Step 6. Confirm if its successfully added.

How to add your mobile plan on your smartphone with eSIM.

To add your mobile network plan on an eSIM, you can scan a QR code that your carrier provided or install a pre-assigned plan automatically. Before adding your plan, make sure your Galaxy smartphone is connected to a wi-fi or mobile data network.

Note: eSIM requires a wireless service plan and allows you to activate a mobile network plan without the use of a nano-SIM. eSIM availability may vary depending on the software version, country, and carrier. Check with your carrier if your mobile network plan supports eSIM.

Hello Nicorai484,

Another thing, is to check with your carrier Mobile Network Service Provider if its support eSIM.
