I just got myself a Z flip 6 and I also have a galaxy tag 2 and I was wondering if the AR camera that works on the ultra line up can also be used on the flip? If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks
As I said, I have reached my knowledge limit. If ar camera uses wi-fi, or you are able to see a bluetooth connection then you can possibly creat a device link that can use smartthings link. But I just don't know. I don't have an ar camera so I have no way of testing. Extensive use of Google may help. E.g. Google "how to add camera to smartthings"
First check in your apps for an app called SmartThings. If it is not there download it from Play Store. Next Google search for "Samsung AR camera and SmartThings" also search YouTube for videos that can help. Here is one as an example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytu9aUYdQqY We can assume that you won't have any problems setting up your Smarttag2 so use that as a practice test (it will probably want to update the tag's software so if necessary also search on how to do that). Now follow the same procedure for your AR camera. Remember I said to check whether the camera was capable of connecting,, in January it wasn't possible but may well be now. You have now reached the stage where my ability and knowledge have reached their limit. Good luck.
