Galaxy ZIf enabled, the Touch sensitivity setting can cause erratic behavior if no screen protector is used.
Go to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity and toggle it off.

Galaxy ZIf you’re using a screen protector, ensure it’s properly applied without air bubbles, dust, or peeling edges, as these can interfere with touch sensitivity. Consider removing it temporarily to test.
You don't accurately need one, unless using a digital pen or sharp nails on the screen.
These should be replaced annually, eitherway.

Galaxy ZIt's normal, to take a moment, whilst everything is being refreshed and reloaded. 😊
