I am having issues with my Z Fold 4, where I am able to mute normal calls by presing the volume down key, but whenever I receive WhatsApp or Telegram calls, I am unable to mute them unless I press the side button to lock and then unlock my phone, where the WhatsApp/Telegram call is then muted.
I have tried messing about with the notification settings, app notification settings and in-app notification settings, turning on priority notifs, turning it off, pop up notifs, most of the available stuff, and I can't seem to find a solution.
Anyone experienced this before? Or have a theory on why these notifications are bugged. Many thanks.
