Hello
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 from the black Friday sale 2021. I have used it most days since buying it but only in the last six months have I started to use it more regularly as a mobile phone.
I sometimes clean the mobile and screen with a kitchen wipe and then quickly wipe dry with a serviette.
Within the last 48 hours I noticed the transparent plastic started to come off the screen on the right hand side along the part of the hinge. Only just in the last few hours did I witness the bubble spread across the screen to the left and just now I witnessed it reach the other side of the screen.
Is this normal? Or is this a precursor to drying and cracking? Someone told me to leave the screen unfolded at night to prevent cracking, is this true? Because there is not much information online about this that I can find.
If this is normal, is it possible to get a new piece of transparent plastic stuck down? Or does the whole screen need to be replaced? The screen is still responding even when I touch the bubble area, so not too much of a concern at the moment. Also what is the best method to clean the screen as I was careful not to touch the edges of the plastic because I was worried it would eventually separate if it was wet, even for a moment.
Thanks and good day.
Joshua

Turns out this was just the screen protector, and it was easily replaced.

Hello,
The only option to select is $400 screen replacement, if it turns out a new piece of transparent plastic can be used on the screen, is it still going to cost this much? Also when I fill out the form it keeps saying my mobile number is incorrect length. Please help as I have just uninstalled and deleted everything from the mobile.

Hello I'm experiencing the same thing with my phone. The plastic siding is coming off. And I can't get a straight answer from customer service if this is a common problem with the particular phone😤😤😤
