My phone software was updated to one ui 6.1.1 on 28 January 2025. After update, the phone display became unresponsive (black screen) when unfolded. Anybody encountered this before? Please help. This is frustrating.
Same issue on mine...was working perfectly until the update, so I don't think it's hardware related.
Main issues I am experiencing is that if I start closing the Flip it already switches off as it reaches the halfway closed position, and then it is unresponsive for at least a few minutes. If it's closed completely and you flip it open the screen remains off and you cannot tap the screen awake or use the side finger reader to open it. Again you have to leave it open and completely flat for a few minutes before trying the fingerprint reader to unlock it again.
