I am so baffled at this situation and extremely disappointed in Samsung's handling.

I placed my preorder for the new Flip 6 and Bud3 pros on the 11th July, and had no issues with the checkout process or with Samsung taking my money. My account shows my order and all its details as well as trade ins and shows as order accepted.

I was being patient, but decided to contact Samsung today, where chat support told me they had no details and someone would contact me in 7-10 days, and obviously not being happy with this answer, I called the support line. 

I was then advised that there was a problem with my order and the verification process and was advised that I have to wait for another team to contact me in 7-10 days and that my preorder is almost certain to be cancelled..

I've been a long time Samsung user, including the flip models and was extremely excited to upgrade to the new model, as previous years I haven't been able to afford it and I am going to be absolutely FUMING if Samsung does not honour my original purchase price and trade in.

Let me be clear again - Samsung have my money. I just want my new phone ☹️

 

Also another joke was, every single person I spoke to today thanked me so much for my order.

It might be due to the recent Buds3 Pro issue that has arisen due to a bad batch getting through the QA process.

As of yesterday, Samsung started sending out emails to those who ordered new products with the Buds3 Pro, to advise of delayed and split shipping due to this.

This includes me and my order, however, the phone shipped today.

*UPDATE*

My case has been escalated and I was contacted by a Samsung representative today. 

I have been told that they trying to work around the issues on my order to make sure it proceeds past the order accepted state as they are aware my payment has been processed successfully. 

So far no further mentions of a cancellation, but I have been told it may take some time to get it sorted and my device shipped out.

I'm a little bit more hopeful, but won't be fully convinced until I see my order status change! 😅

You can still reuse your vouchers even if you do get your order cancelled.
