Galaxy ZI was a Z-Fold 3 user. The inner screen failed for no reason after 1 year and 2 weeks of usage. I sent back the Samsung Centre and they told me this is a very common issue for a foldable phones. It have chances to brake the cable ribbons between the screen. It will cost me RM2,000+(500usd) to replace the inner screen. A big disappointment to Samsung. Now I have swtiched to Apple and BIG NO NO to Samsung.

Galaxy ZSorry to hear that. I do understand your point here. To us as a consumer, some time it is not fair to us where there is something wrong with our devices after purchase where the device is not even drop or hard hit anything but once the display goes wrong, it charges us like hell.
Imagine that if an expensive phone like Fold series got such issue where the phone already cost like 6k-7k or even 8k above. That will be a heart pain for sure. To them, of course is simple, you pay and get the repair/ replacement.
The other hand, if the devices is out of warranty, then is another story already. Big company always play good in terms of marketing, promotion, terms and condition, etc. So, it is hard for a consumer like us to argue back. Devices like Fold series, it cost so expensive of course the repair will be surely high especially the display. This is for sure. If they charge the display cheap, meaning the device material is kind of bad already. Of course, we don't want that happen right? So is kinda fair actually.
To be honest, if you free, try Google and search how much is Epal screen repair/ replacement for their 14 pro max. If not mistaken without protection plan, they charge for 14 pro max screen repair is at 1.9k while device parts are like 4k and the battery replacement is 549. Is not cheap either.
So as a consumer, it is our right to choose any brand. If you feel Samsung is not giving a good service to you no harm to try out different brand. It is our right, no harm.

I know big company have policy to protect the self, but big company should make good product to consumers, gain our trust, our royalty. I just voice out to Samsung, please sell a engineered, more quality tech to us. Not selling a fragile Tofu and worry about broken in sudden. I like Samsung, the screen, the hardware, but this time, it disappointed me.

Galaxy ZMy fold 4 for internal screens also suddenly KO after long hours of watching movies 3 days ago. It doesn't make any sense by saying you drop the phone and that's it...which I never drop..hello the normal Samsung even it drops more than 50 times also doing just find..I doubt the quality of this fold, it is expensive as hell and the quality is **bleep**.. well, easy the new version is out people will start asking around what's your experience in using Fold.. Hell No ! Don't ever buy it can't last for a year for RM8k phone. My phone was sent in for repair today, Warranty expire tomorrow hahahaha I didn't even know that and God guiding me perhaps? Potential buyers please cherish your hard Earn money don't buy anyhow..so far few of my friends all being robbed by Samsung when it's not functioning well.
