Z fold 3 Issues! After updates

I have issues with the zfold 3 ever since it was updated to the latest software version iu 5 (android 13)

Issues with WiFi connection 
Issues with front camera and rear camera

Screen froze when open up to larger screen ... anyone encounter?...

I experienced the same wifi issues too after software update. went to Samsung care and the officer just walked to the back and said WiFi component is linked to the main screen and need to replace the screen panel for $600 which is ridiculous!! All this while my phone is with me on the service table

Can't turn on wifi after software update, even in safe mode. Ridiculous!

Hi, do u still have Care+? Probably u may want to visit the service centre to have it inspected. Or u may try the Smart Tutor and allow the technician to have a look at ur device virtually via remote sharing.

Unfortunately, warranty ended. Did even realised the Care+ bundled in only valid for 1 year, in contrast with the usual 2 years. Voiced out my frustration to their CEO office mailbox and now device is checked in for further diagnostics. Simply ridiculous to have a SGD 2.5k device conked out after 15 months usage.

Yeah sadly the 2nd year Care+ needs to be purchased separately and borne by customer's expense. Hopefully, u do get a response soon and be eligible for a complimentary repair. 😊

Just received a call from Samsung that my unit will be repaired without cost, on goodwill basis. Way to go for maintaining branding, credibility and positive customer experience.

AWESOME! 🤩🤩🤩 Yeah it's really a great service to repair what is fixed, that is not caused by customer. 😋 Hope other users will be able to have theirs repaired without cost incurred too.

Like you, I am pretty convinced of my phone issue due o software as it was working perfectly fine before it all happened with this software update (**bleep**!)
