Z Fold 3 Wifi connection issue

Was accessing my email via my ZF3 than the page got hang and reboot. After it reboot, the phone is unable to connect to wifi anymore. Tried some remedies found online such as switch off for 10-15min. At first whem i turn on my phone after 15min, i would be able to connect to wifi. After when i unfold it got hang and reboot again. Today went down to service center and they quote $660 for the repair. Which is almost 50% of the purchase price. The customer service does not recognise that this is a samsung hardward problem and said this could be human misuse. I have been using samsung product for many years and this is the first time experiencing hardware problem. **bleep** disappointed with their product.

Bought my Fold 3 and gotta go to the service center every 7 months to change the protector screen. At lease is my 3rd screen protector now...

And now the new problem is my wifi wouldn't turn on and that was after updated to the latest software. Service center says it will cost almost $500 to fix the problem if it is not software problem.

Why the hak is fixing the wifi need to tear off the inner screen? Was Samsung make service more difficult just to chase away customer to buy other brand? Or was it cause by when changing new screen protector? God know!

I have the same problem.  my GF3 WIFI wouldn't turn on (switch shows light blue).  Samsung support fobbed me off with excuses so I bought iphone to tie me over. I tried to factory reset my GF3 to remove my data then put it on eBay. It says I must connect to WiFi to do the factory reset.  Any suggestions?

This happened to me as well and upon browsing the Internet I found out that this is a common issue. Asking 600-700 $ to fix a problem created by samsung themselves is outrageous. 

Samsung should be held responsible for this, it is one of the most expensive phone on the market, their response is unacceptable.

Same problem.

Tried all the things but same issue repair they say 12500 with no warranty. And 50000 to replace screen

I tried to upgrade, but after placing order, the exchange isn't successful and they will take 10dayd to refund money

i got a simliar issue when i use my phone for ms teams. then it restarted and wifi cant toggle on.
